Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Qaaya.in, we sell digital goods, and due to the nature of such products, all sales are considered final. However, we do have some exceptions.
1. No Refund Policy (Default)
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, except in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted or not functioning as described.
- The download link is not working, and support is unresponsive for over 72 hours.
2. Eligibility for Refund (Exceptions Only)
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 3 days of purchase.
- You must provide a valid reason and evidence (screenshot, error log, etc.).
3. Cancellation
As digital products are delivered instantly, there is no option to cancel after the payment is successfully completed.
4. Duplicate Purchase
If you mistakenly purchase the same item more than once, contact us for review and possible resolution.

- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for refund request
